It is characterized by impressive aromas of peach and lime against a background of musky flowers and roasted almond.

Slightly sweet taste, with an oily, balanced mouthfeel and a long aftertaste dominated by citrus and floral aromas, characteristic of Nelson Sauvin hops.

  • Hop: Czech Saaz and exotic New Zealand Nelson Sauvin which has its characteristic aroma of Sauvignon Blanc.
  • Malts: Marris Otter Pale Malt, Crystal Malt
  • Doughs: Deep-fermented yeasts, fermentation at temperature 18-20 ℃C, 4 weeks maturation at low temperatures.
  • Alcohol: 4.7% v/v
  • Bitterness: 31 ΙBUs
  • Serving temperature: 8 ℃
