Description

Fresh, unpasteurized, filtered beer.

Golden yellow color, with creamy solid foam.

It is characterized by strong aromas of flowers, citrus and hops.

Slightly sweet taste, with a subtle presence of malt, refreshing acidity and bitterness, which highlight the strongly aromatic aftertaste, where the aromas of flowers, caramel and flower honey dominate.

  • Hop:Northern Brewer, Perle and New Zealand Motueca
  • Malts: Pilsner Malt, Munich Malt, Crystal Malt
  • Doughs: Deep-fermented yeasts, fermentation at temperature 10-13 ℃, 6 weeks maturation at low temperatures
  • Alcohol: 5% v/v
  • Bitterness: 27 ΙBUs
  • Serving temperature: 4–6 ℃
