Fresh, unpasteurized, filtered beer.

Dark beer produced from five different types of malt, with brown highlights and creamy cohesive foam.

It is characterized by impressive aromas of freshly roasted coffee, bitter chocolate and roasted hazelnut.

Slightly sweet taste, with a fatty, full balanced mouthfeel and a strongly aromatic aftertaste, dominated by aromas of coffee and roasted malt.

  • Bottle: 330ml & 500ml
  • Hop: Single Hop Beer, English Fuggles.
  • Malts: Marris Otter Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Crystal Malt, Coffee Malt, Chocolate Malt
  • Doughs: Deep-fermented yeasts, fermentation at temperature 18-20 ℃, 4 weeks maturation at low temperatures
  • Alcohol: 5.5% v/v
  • Bitterness: 30 ΙBUs
  • Serving temperature: 10-12 ℃ in an open tulip glass.
