Description

Wday is the first Greek wheat IPA. An impressively aromatic, unpasteurized and unfiltered IPA containing 40% wheat malt.

The intense aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and mango, characteristic of the exotic varieties of waimea & vic secret hops, impress from the first moment.

The wheat malt gives a slight sweetness and oiliness in the mouth that masterfully cover the 6.0% alcohol levels and the 45 degrees of bitterness.

The refreshing bitterness and the long-lasting aromatic aftertaste make Wday the ideal IPA of this summer.

  • Malts: Marris Otter Pale Malt, Wheat Malt & Amber Malt
  • Doughs: Deep-fermented yeasts, fermentation at temperature 18-20 ℃, 5 weeks maturation at low temperatures
  • Alcohol: 6% v/v
  • Bitterness: 45 ΙBUs
  • Serving temperature: 7-10 ℃
